Greetings Knights,
As of today, exceptional weapons are available in SexyKO. We have added them to Dark Mares in Colony Zone (not in Eslant), however the drop rate is not too easy. It will take some dedication in order to get one of them. The upgrade rates remain the same, 100% to +8.
Dragon Cave has been added as well at the Abyss. In order to go to the Dragon Cave and kill Felankor, you will have to kill Servants of Isiloon to collect Dragon Marbles.
A dragon marble will teleport your party to the Dragon Cave. Felankor drops a lot of unique items, including Ring of Felankor. After each server restart, Felankor will respawn.
